"Took a minute, but reholstering feels easy now"
Reholstering was smooth once I got the hang of it. It took me a few tries at first, and I did wonder if I was doing it right, but after using it a bit more it feels secure and easy enough.

"Packaging was honestly better than I expected"
My order from Tier 1 Concealed showed up in really good shape, which I always appreciate more than I think I will. The box was sturdy, nothing was smashed or dented, and the holster was wrapped well enough that it wasn’t sliding around loose in there.

It’s funny because I’m usually focused on the actual product, but then the package shows up clean and not all beat up, and I’m like, yeah, that matters too. Not a huge dramatic thing, just a solid job on the packaging.

"Decent, but I expected it to hide better"
It hides well under a hoodie, but the second I put on a more fitted shirt, you can still see it printing a bit. It’s not terrible, and I’m not saying it’s unusable, but I was hoping I wouldn’t have to keep messing with my shirt just to make it less obvious.

"Expected better for the price"
I bought from Tier 1 Concealed thinking it would hold up better, but after just a few months the clips started feeling loose and the edges were wearing in a weird way. I don’t even use it that hard, so that part was weird. For what it costs, I expected better durability. Disappointing overall.

"Draw’s a little rough for me"
The holster’s alright overall, but yeah, the draw isn’t as smooth as I was hoping. It kinda catches when I pull, so I end up having to shift my angle more than I’d like. Maybe it’ll break in after some use, who knows, but right now it’s a bit frustrating. For the price, I expected it to feel smoother right out of the box

"The holster fit my Glock 19…"
The holster fit my Glock 19 with the light well, about how I expected it to. Retention felt solid right out of the box, and it sits clean with no weird gaps or anything, which is always what you hope for, right? I’m giving it 4 stars only because I did have to mess with the screws a bit to get the draw feeling just right. Maybe I’m being a little picky, but once I got it dialed in, it’s been good for daily carry.

"Retention feels really solid"
I’ve been carrying with my Tier 1 for a little while now, the retention feels super secure. It clicks in nicely, doesn’t rattle around, and still draws smooth when I need it to. What more could you really ask for? Happy with it so far.

"Shifts More Than I’d Like"
I really wanted this to work out, but it just hasn’t been as stable as I hoped. When I’m standing still, it feels totally fine, but if I’m walking quickly or bending down, it starts shifting around more than expected. I found myself adjusting it throughout the day, which got annoying. It’s not useless by any means, but for the price, I personally wouldn’t buy it again.

"I ordered based on the lead..."
I ordered based on the lead time shown on the website, so I was confused when it ended up taking quite a bit longer. The product itself was fine once it arrived, but the timing really threw me off. I just wish the site had been more accurate or upfront about how long it would actually take.

"Clip bent way too quickly"
I wasn’t really impressed with this. The clip bent fast with normal use, and the hardware just has that cheap feel to it. Maybe I expected too much, but it kind of seems like they cut corners on the parts.

"Solid Holster, but Adjusting It Was a Hassle"
The holster itself feels solid, and I do like that it has a lot of adjustability. That said, getting the ride height and cant where I actually wanted them took way longer than I expected. Some of the screws were annoying to deal with, and I had to keep putting it on, testing it, taking it back off, and adjusting it again. I also kind of felt like nobody really read my message when I was trying to figure it out, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It works fine now, but it definitely wasn’t as easy to adjust as I was hoping.

Had to return something. Took longer than I wanted. Support did get back to me, and they handled it in the end. Just a little too much back and forth. Not terrible. Could be smoother

"Actually comfortable for daily use"
I wasn’t totally sure I’d like carrying it all day, but it ended up being more comfortable than I expected. I wore it for hours and forgot it was there most of the time. It doesn’t really dig in, even when I’m sitting or driving, so I guess I can’t complain.

"Okay overall, but a bit slow"
So... I emailed about my order because the tracking hadn’t updated for a while. It took a couple of days to get a response, which was a little frustrating, but they did eventually get back to me and explain what was going on. Once they replied, they were polite and helped get things sorted out. Customer service wasn’t super fast, but it wasn’t awful either. Overall, it was an okay experience, I just wish they responded a bit sooner
